Sales Strategy Services

All sales development programmes should start with a sales strategy, to provide a framework for that development and a benchmark to measure progress against. Many businesses will have a business plan, but very few will have a sales strategy as part of that business plan.

Ultimately, you will receive a full sales strategy, mapping out the key activities, milestones, management and measurement processes and targets with which you can manage and develop your sales. This plan will detail exactly what you need to do and when, in order to create sales success.

How does it work?

One of our highly experienced Sales Strategy Consultants will visit your business to fully understand the goals that you want to achieve and the reality of the current situation. We will look into all areas of your business that have an effect on sales and benchmark them against what we know to be working in other companies, to determine if change in each area is necessary and, if so, what would work better to deliver the sales plan.

This process will involve interviewing all of the key stakeholders, from management to sales staff, marketing departments and production. It will examine every area of sales targeting, historic results, behaviours and motivation of the sales team among many other areas.

At the end of the process you will receive your comprehensive report, complete with step by step recommendations for implementation. At that point, you can choose to take the plan and put it into action yourself, or you may ask us to help with with some or all of the implementation process.
